• CNIC Verification: Before your first PKR withdrawal, you must submit a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC together with documentation confirming your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet matching your registered name). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bill777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bill777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number to protect your Account from unauthorised access.

You must notify bill777 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. bill777 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except to the extent that such losses result directly from bill777's own negligence or security failures.

• Account Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. bill777 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of 500 PKR to dormant accounts, deducted from the PKR Balance until the balance reaches zero, after which the account may be closed. Members will be notified by email or SMS before inactivity fees commence.
• Account Currency: All bill777 Accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bill777 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Deposits received in currencies other than PKR may be converted at bill777's prevailing rate.
• Account Closure by Member: Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting bill777 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at closure will be returned to the member's verified payment method. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

bill777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees via the payment methods listed on the Platform, currently including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed in the bill777 cashier at the time of transaction. The current standard minimum deposit is 500 PKR.

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to verified members only. Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified Accounts. bill777's total aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by bill777.

bill777 is not responsible for internet service disruptions, Pakistani mobile network outages, or device failures that prevent members from accessing their Accounts or placing or managing bets. Members should ensure they maintain a stable internet connection when participating in time-sensitive gaming activities such as live in-play sports betting.

bill777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member Account at any time and without prior notice where bill777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct in connection with the Platform;
• The Account presents an unacceptable risk under bill777's AML or fraud prevention obligations;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate Account closure;

Upon Account termination for cause, bill777 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the PKR Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to member breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bill777 operates in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to its operations and does not accept liability for local regulatory restrictions that may apply to individual members in their personal jurisdiction.

No member may bring a class action or group claim against bill777 in connection with these Terms or their use of the Platform. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

bill777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
